  2. How do I post my Yellow Pages  Listing?
  In order to post an Listing , there is only one simple page to fill up your listing contents.
  You can see the Preview of your listing in the right side of the page, as you type your listing.
  After typing your listing Click the "Save Listing" button.
  If you are new to Yellow Pages-g4u then the system will ask for your email Id and Password to register before saving the listing.
  If you are existing user of  Yellow Pages-g4u then the system will ask you to Login  before saving the Listing.

  4. Can I post a company logo/photo with my Yellow Pages Listing?
  To post a Company logo/photo with your listing, Click 'Upload Company logo/picture' button. A new window will open. In the new window click 'Browse' to select a GIF or  JPG image and then click 'Upload Image' button to upload photo , in the "Post Listing" page, then click "Save Listing" button
  Only GIF or JPG image accepted. Size of Image/Photo should be 80x80 pixel and 50kb. You can edit your Image/Photo to our Size using Photoshop etc.
   
   
   
   
  5. I have already posted my listing. How do I add my company logo/photo?
  Login with your "Email Id" and "Password"
You will be taken to "My Listing" Section
Click on "Edit" under the specific ad, Now click  'Upload Company Logo/Picture' button. A new window will open. In the new window click 'Browse' to select the photo to upload and then click  'Upload Image' button  to upload photo.

  Login with your "Email Id" and "Password"
You will be taken to "My Listing" Section
Click on "Edit" under the specific ad, click 'Change/Remove Image'. button
A new window will open. Then in the new window, click ' Want To Change or Remove Image?? Click here'
  Click 'Upload Image/Picture' button. A new window will open. In the new window click 'Browse' to select the photo to upload and then click button 'Upload Image' to upload change photo. Click "Update Listing" button
   
   
   
   
   
   
  7. Will my listing be posted at once?
  Every listing that is created needs to be validated. It takes up to 24 hours for validation. An email would be sent to you, informing whether your listing has been accepted or rejected post the validation process.
   
   
   
   
   
  8. How will I know about the responses my listing get?
  You will receive responses for your advertisements via “email / sms / phone” ,You can see the listing statistics for the response ,daily clicks, views  etc.
   
   
   
   
   
  9. What is the duration of my listing?
  Your listing will be posted per the package you have selected.

  Login with your "Email Id" and "Password"
You will be taken to "My Listing" Section
Click on "Edit" under the specific listing, make the necessary changes and click on the "Update Listing" button.
   
   
   
   
  13. How do I delete my listing that I have posted?
  Login with your "Email Id" and "Password"
You will be taken to "My Listing" Section
Click on "Delete" under the specific ad.
A listing once deleted cannot be restored.
Once you delete Free Listing, you cannot post another Free listing.
   
   
   
   
   
  14. How do I search for a particular product or service?
You could enter a keyword or the word that you are looking for in the search box in the Home Page and click on "Search" button. A list of ads matching your search result will appear on the screen.
Or To search for a particular product or service, you need to go to "Advance Search". Here you can select location and category and click on "Advance Search" button.
   
   
   
   
   
  15. I forgot my password. What should I do?
  Click on the "Forgot Password" link in the Login Page

  16. Why can't I view the listing I just posted?
  All listings posted go through a validation process, which takes up to 24 hours. You will be able to see your listing once your listing is accepted post validation process. You will be notified for the same via an email.
   
   
   
   
   
  17. My Banner Images Are Not Getting Uploaded. Why?
  Currently, we accept only 2 types of image formats, i.e. GIF and  JPG .and particular size(80x80 pixel and 50kb).
Please check to see if your image is saved in any other format or different size
   
   
   
   
   
  18. How Do I Know My Listings Are Running?
  Login with your "Email Id" and "Password"
You will be taken to "My Listing" Section
Under the specific Listing, the status of your listing is displayed. When your listing is running, the status will be set to "Approved". You can also try search box and Advance search to locate your ad.
   
   
   
   
   
  19. Why Is My Listing Not Approved?
  There may be various reasons for your listing being not approved:
We may not accept listing text or listings containing or relating to certain products or services, like gambling and adult content sites, or those containing inappropriate language. We reserve the right to exercise editorial discretion, and our decision is final and binding.
   
   
   
   
   
  20. Why Am I Not Getting Any Response To My Listing?
  The most common reason for an Listing not getting any response is incorrect contact details or information provided on the Listing. We suggest you check your listing again, especially the email address/mobile number that you have provided.
   
   
   
   
   
  21. What Can I Do If I'm Not Happy With The Results Of My Listing?
  As a Yellow Pages-g4u subscriber you get free usage of our campaign creation and reporting tools, and the freedom to change your listing whenever you feel your results could be better. You can edit your listings. Experiment a little, and you will definitely see some improvement.

  Step1: Go To Yellow Pages Section & Register To Yellow Pages G4u.

Step2: Login to your Yellow Pages G4u Account

Step3: Click Post Listing & Select Listing Type
> Paid Listing

Step4: Write Your Complete Listing & Go to Payment Options(Applicable
Only For Paid Listings).

Step5:Click Pay By Credit Card Button,It will take you to secure
Pay Pal Payment Gateway System.
Step6:Now You Can Pay The Payments Using Your Credit Card.
Step7:Your Paid Listing Will Be Activated After 12 Hrs Thereafter.
